Every piece from The Rustic Door is handcrafted with care and made to order. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, we will exchange it at no extra cost to you. To raise a damage claim:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Email us at info@therusticdoor.in or WhatsApp us with your order details
• Share clear photographs of the damaged product and the packaging

Once we review and confirm the damage, we will arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability and production timelines.

2. Custom Orders

Custom and personalised orders are made specifically for you. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom pieces unless the product arrives damaged. Please review your order details carefully before confirming.

3. What Is Not Covered

• Natural variations in colour, texture, or finish due to the handmade nature of the product
• Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling or improper care
• Change of mind after the order is placed
• Incorrect details provided by the customer at the time of ordering

4. Exchange Process

Once your exchange is approved, we will confirm the timeline with you. Exchanges are processed within 7-14 working days depending on the product. Return shipping of the damaged item may be required before the exchange is dispatched.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once we have confirmed and started work. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@therusticdoor.in.
