We currently offer exchanges on damaged products only. We do not offer refunds on custom or made-to-order items.

Custom and personalised orders are made specifically for you. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom pieces unless the product arrives damaged. Please review your order details carefully before confirming.
Once your exchange is approved, we will confirm the timeline with you. Exchanges are processed within 7-14 working days depending on the product. Return shipping of the damaged item may be required before the exchange is dispatched.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once we have confirmed and started work. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@therusticdoor.in.
