2. Products

All our products are handmade. Because every piece is crafted individually using real flowers and resin, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are natural and expected. These are not defects. They are what make your piece truly one of a kind.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.
• In the rare case of a pricing error on our website, we will contact you before processing the order.
• Custom order pricing is confirmed via WhatsApp or email before payment is collected.

4. Payments

We accept all payment methods supported by Razorpay including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets. Payment must be completed before your order is processed. For custom orders, we may require an advance payment before production begins.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver pan-India.
• Free delivery is available on orders above ₹5,000.
• Standard orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Custom orders take 7-14 working days depending on complexity.
• Delivery timelines shared at the time of order are estimates. Delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control are not our liability.
• Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you.

6. Custom Orders

• Custom orders are made to your specific requirements.
• You are responsible for providing accurate details, references, and flowers (if applicable) at the time of placing the order.
• We are not liable for outcomes caused by unclear or incorrect instructions provided by the customer.
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photographs, and content on this website belong to The Rustic Door. You may not reproduce, copy, or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Rustic Door is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tezpur, Assam.
